Kinda chic to move your body because you love it — not because you’re trying to punish it. 🤎

Kinda chic to let movement be worship.
Kinda chic to choose strength.
Kinda chic to honor the body God gifted you.
Kinda chic to become, evolve, soften, strengthen… and love every version of yourself along the way.

And of course, kinda chic to Relax. Relate. Release. ✨

R3 Wellness Co. is about creating space for all of it — faith, movement, joy, rest, strength, and the version of you that’s still unfolding.

Which one are you claiming? 👀

Thank you, Brittany. Truly. 💛

Back in June, Brittany led us into our season of Pilates at Anderson Bonner Park — with patience, joy, and a welcome wide enough for every body. This video is from that session, and we couldn’t let it live on without saying it publicly on all platforms: thank you for setting the tone for everything that’s bloomed since.

To every supporter of The CALME Space and @friendsofabp — thank you for showing up, spreading the word, and believing in what we’re building. We are just getting started, and there is so much to be a part of.

Missed us on the grass this month? Good news — our next CALME Saturdays Pilates session is Saturday, August 15th from 7:30–8:30 PM. Free, outdoors, and open to every body. (Not a morning person? This one’s for you.)

📚 Into reading? Our book club meets in person and virtually — a BYOB (Bring Your Own Book) park day and an audiobook walk are both in the works.

There is a place for you here — whether you come to move, to serve, or simply to be in community.

Hardly home ⛅️ by @buhritnee

30. This last decade has been fun, and also really hard. God stretched me to what felt like my capacity.. and then past it to show me it wasn’t.. and then past that too just to really bring home the point🥴. I don’t know what the next decade holds, or tomorrow for that matter, but here’s some cool significance about 30:

The word 30 appears in scripture 174 times. It’s marked as a pivotal year; a year of maturity and restoration. 30 is around the recorded age when Jesus began His public ministry on earth . John the Baptist began his also at 30 in preparation of the messiah to come. King David ruled over Israel for 30 years, a time of stability and prosperity.

All that to say, I pray this decade is whatever it needs to be to make me more like Jesus and pull me further toward purpose. I pray for the fulfillment of Gods promises and for hope in the meantime. Lastly, I hear your 30s are your 20s with more money , so throwing that one up there too just in case 😁🙌🏽 and let the church say Amen 🥳 by @buhritnee
