POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some of the most important work happens when we make space to think, challenge one another, and build together.

Spent a few days in Colorado Springs with my @new_profit Alumni Lab comrades, having real conversations about systems change, collaboration, fundraising, and what it’s going to take to move our work forward.

We spent time at Garden of the Gods. A reminder that God is the greatest architect! Incredible views and a chance to reset, breathe, and be present.

Grateful for the relationships, the honest conversations, and the chance to keep learning alongside people I genuinely want to change the world with.

👀 OKAY… @aye__ar CAME TO RAP.

Drop 011 of Two Certified Cyphers: Collection 02 is officially LIVE.

And this is what happens when you take an unexpected sound, put three MCs in the same cypher, and let everybody bring their own energy.

No second takes.
No hiding behind edits.
Just the performance.

🔥 Army Regime — THE ADELE CYPHER

Watch the full cypher and tell me honestly:

Did he show up or what?

👇 YES or NO?

Bro, thank you so much for always being one call away. Your verse was perfect, and I’m EXTREMELY grateful for you pulling up. Thank you so much

A few weeks ago, on my birthday, I received the Juvenile Justice Champion Award from @theexceptionalproject!

But one of the most meaningful parts of the night was having my sister @nayluv14 introduce me. To be recognized for work that is so personal to me, with my sister standing beside me, is a moment I’ll never forget. I know our mother is proud of us both!

Thank you Judy Touzin for seeing and celebrating this work, and for your commitment to our young Kings.
I believe we can’t ask young people to imagine a different future if we only talk to them about their past. We have to see their gifts, make room for their leadership, and invest in who they can become.

Grateful for my team, @emergentworks_ the young people who continue to shape how I lead, and @shawn_dove Dove for the love, mentorship, and guidance along the way.

Blessed man. Full heart. 🙏🏾 by @build2healar

A job offer is not the finish line.

That is why fair chance workforce development cannot stop at placement.
