The roof deck at our Pacific Palisades project is coming together. Glass railings, built-in seating, and a pretty great ocean view.

At the Manor our client wanted to incorporate the entirety of the home into the guest suite, making for a comfortable stay without missing any amenities. This space hosts in-laws, guests or a separate quarters for a nanny.

The guest suite features all the intricate details you’ll see in the home plus more. Custom millwork highlights the space with chandeliers lighting the space for ambiance.

Not only that but two bathrooms that are stunning. The primary bath for the suite boasts a soaker tub and walk in shower with premium finishes. No expense was spared to make it feel like home.

When the views are just as incredible as the home itself.

This lake house was designed to make the most of its surroundings, with windows throughout that frame the water from every angle.

Be sure to watch until the end to see our favorite little window! 🤍

Would you rather build your dream home on a lake or on acres of land? Let us know in the comments!

Behind the build of one of our waterfront projects, where a custom boat dock is taking shape. From the home itself to the shoreline, every element is thoughtfully designed around the way our clients want to live. Because lakefront living is about so much more than the view.

At Grande Custom Builders, we believe a well-designed home should feel just as good to live in as it is to look at. From kitchens redesigned for gathering, complete with a separate scullery, to sunlit screened porches and primary baths made for unwinding, every detail has a purpose.

Small details make a big difference. These discreet, adjustable deck jets bring movement and the sound of flowing water to the pool, helping soften the road noise from PCH and make the backyard feel more relaxing.
