Introducing the Sage Modern by Building Blocks. Designed for Altadena using fire-resistant materials. It has flexibility with a 1,510 SF design and an option to extend the plan to 1700 SF with a fourth bedroom, foyer, and side porch.
Our homes are designed for Altadena. We aim to support the recovery through a streamlined process, creating a home that prioritizes the character of Altadena with the sensibilities of modern convenience.

If you were affected by the Eaton Fire, please visit BuildingBlocksAltadena.com to contact us. A representative will reach out and be able to help you navigate the process and discover what’s possible on your lot.

Rebuilding is about more than construction. It’s about trust, transparency, and finding a way home.

Altadena Collective and Comstock Homes were build by people who understand the rebuilding journey firsthand. Together, we’re working to make the process more navigable and help more Altadenans find a path forward.

Come meet us at the Building Blocks Open House. Explore home designs, ask questions, and learn about your options. No pressure, just a chance to get informed.
