Practical training for local action, seeking peace in our communities.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What can you do to build connection on your block? Undergirding all our desires and efforts to seek peace in Chicago is the reality of being present in the places we reside and work, and collaborating with others to support mutual thriving.

#ChicagoGoodNeighborWeek is a great 'excuse' and permission to take neighborly action. Pick a time next week to do something intentional to share kindness and belongings where you live.

Celebrate Chicago Good Neighbor Week by doing something simple to connect with your neighbors any time during the week of September 28th - October 4th

Good neighbors do more than just live near each other—they create a sense of belonging, support one another during tough times, and celebrate life’s joys together.

Whether it’s a friendly wave, lending a tool, or organizing a block party, small acts of neighborly kindness can transform our communities into safer, happier places where everyone thrives.
