We have loved partnering with Helen Schuler Nature Centre to offer "Building Brains Together with Nature". This six week program gives participants an opportunity to explore research-backed strategies for supporting a healthy aging brain. They also engage each week in activities designed to help older adults stay sharp, independent, and connected.
