🌱Here’s why I choose to supplement...

My favorite drink was actually created by an
endocrinologist - the type of doctor that focuses on restoring balance to hormones within the body.

It’s not ALL about weight loss. Not everyone wants or needs to lose weight (although that tends to be a side effect of getting balanced for MOST people who are overweight. If you are underweight you gain.)

It’s about balance.
It’s about sustained, natural energy.
It’s about plant based ingredients.
It’s about will power over cravings.
It’s about going to the bathroom like a normal person.
It’s about waking up refreshed and without pain each morning.
It’s about a healthy gut microbiome.
It’s about looking and feeling your best.
It’s about happiness.
It’s about reclaiming the ability to do things you love without being held back.
You are worth it💗

I would love to help 3 friends get a years worth of membership for FREE! And 10% off your first order! ! !!! Let’s do it! Ask me anything👇🏻or comment “Tell me more” for more information! by @buildingintheboot

I finally jumped back on board with Restore and it’s been great so far!! The scale pictures are from this week, I’m down 3.4 lbs in the photos….but i actually lost over a lb before i started documenting it 🎉🎉🎉
I’m not gonna lie, i used it for just over a week back before the holidays and lost 6 lbs that week….but i got off track 🤬 soooo the 2nd time around I’m having ghe same great results 🎉
But also read this 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

WOW!!! Just WOW!!!!!!🤯🤯

Dr. Jessica shared this, and most people have NO IDEA that hypothyroidism is linked to the liver!

🤔 Did you know…

Hypothyroidism isn’t actually caused by the thyroid gland itself, but by the liver’s inability to convert inactive thyroid hormone T4 into the active T3 hormone. 😬

This is huge because your liver is responsible for converting and delivering ⅔ of the active T3 hormone to your cells!

So just like any filter in your home or car—if it’s dirty or clogged, there are consequences.

Plexus Restore supports the LIVER!

I can’t wait to hear even more incredible results from our newest breakthrough product as more people try it! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 and its also helpful if you have a fatty liver. •

Dec. 1 Today, is #NationalSupportWomenDay, let’s celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere.
It’s the perfect time to honor the amazing women in our lives—mothers, sisters, friends, mentors, or trailblazing leaders. These women inspire us and show us every day what it means to make a difference. 💪💖

Supporting one another goes beyond words. It’s about showing up, sharing kindness, and taking action to help each other succeed. And with it being National Write a Business Plan Month, it’s a great time to champion the women around us pursuing their dreams. Offering fresh ideas, connecting them with helpful resources, or simply cheering them on, we can play a part in their success.

Let’s all help create a world where every woman feels valued, supported, and unstoppable. Tag that strong woman you know! 💼✨

🌼 I knew when we started thinking about building a house, that I wanted an island that was big, beautiful and did not have a sink in it. I envisioned using it as a centerpiece for parties and family get togethers 🥰 This grazing board was definitely the main character for the baby shower we hosted for our first grandchild 💙💙💙

My life long dream has been to build a house…..in 2023 we finally did it!!! I loved every single part of the journey!!! I get it…..for some people it’s hard and they would never do it again. But for me, I was ready to start another one before we were even finished 🤣!! I knew what I wanted and luckily my husband trusted my vision and let me do it the way I wanted. I was surprised when he didn’t push back against a few things…..like using black tile & paint 😜 Thank goodness because it turned out SO GOOD!!! Several people had opinions about it but honestly, his was the only one I cared about. So my number one tip for building a custom home….do what makes YOU happy!! Cheers to a great year 🥂•

🤍🤍So this happened 🥹 we already knew it needed to be secured properly, but I never expected it to just fall off the wall!! A few things broke, my favorite Pottery Barn votive, the Scrabble game and a candle holder thing that sits on the floor. Luckily no one, or pets, were hurt!! They’ve already came to fix it, the patio one has to be replaced as well, so now we are just waiting for it to be stained. That was CRAZY though!! 🤍🤍
