POSTS STORIES REELS

Training has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing football and over the years I learned, through experience, how important good movement, consistency and patience really are.

I didn’t become a personal trainer because of a big plan. I became one by learning through trial and error and by wanting to help others avoid common mistakes along the way. Today, with over 10 years of experience, my focus is on smart training that fits real life.

What motivates me most are the moments when things click. When someone starts moving with confidence, feels stronger in everyday life and realises they’re capable of more than they thought.

My goal is simple: to help people build strength, healthy habits and confidence that last, even long after our training together ends. by @buildpt.za

But how is your body REALLY?

Is your hip flexor tight?
Are your ankles stiff?
Is your balance off?
Is your stability weak?
Is your fascia locked?

You are lifting on top of a broken foundation.
