73 kgs (160 lbs) lost over 6.5 years - competed for the first time last week with @pca_thailand Couldn’t be more proud and filled with excitement for the future 🙏🫡💪 by @buildwithberen

2019 at 150kgs - 2026 on stage at 77kgs.

Deciding to do a bodybuilding prep was the final stage in my weight loss journey.
I wanted to see what I was capable of when I gave 100% discipline to my training and nutrition.

Along the way, I learnt more about my own body. I learnt what works, what doesn’t, and just how much can change with consistency and discipline.

I know I can now use what I’ve learnt to help the people around me achieve their own fitness goals, whatever they are.

That’s why I’ve just launched @buildwithberen

If I can inspire, educate or motivate even one person to improve their health, feel better about body, or fall in love with fitness the way I have, it’ll all be worth it.

I genuinely just want to help people become the best version of themselves.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, I appreciate you all ❤️ by @buildwithberen

NO MATTER WHERE IN YOUR JOURNEY YOU ARE - be proud of how far you’ve come 🤍🙏🫡

“WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP?” A reframe I often use is “what type of person do I want to become?” 🫡
