But maybe what scares me more than having these thoughts…
is believing them one day.

So every once in a while, I have to look at those thoughts and say:
Okay. Shut up.

Because the evidence that you’re capable
doesn’t disappear just because you had a doubtful night.

Tell me I’m not the only one who randomly forgets her own proof.

If you’re a coach or service provider who keeps running out of content ideas, the problem might not be that you have nothing to say but you might just be looking for a business story.

Your story bank is much bigger than that.
A conversation at the market.
A question your child asked.
Something you struggled to figure out.
A tiny decision you made.
Something that annoyed you.
Something that changed your mind.

The important part?
Don’t post the moment just because it happened. Find the insight inside it.
Ask:
What happened?
What did I notice?
What does this remind me of in my client's world?
What does my expertise say about it?
Can I connect it naturally to what I help people with?

That’s how an ordinary moment becomes a storytelling idea, educational post, or piece of content that actually supports your business.
So the next time you think, “I have nothing to post,” don’t immediately look for another content prompt.
Look at your own life first.

You may not need more content ideas. You may need to learn how to notice the ones you already have.

So just like that I got my first heartbreak and kinda understand why people said you can't forget that. Feeling bad you know 🤭

But my biggest takeaway was realizing that while I'm trying to prove I'm the right person for a client, I need to ask if they're the right opportunity for me too.

And no every "no" doesn't mean there is some "fault in our star", sometimes it just means NOTHING.

and yes for understanding this I'm truly grateful for @coffeefueledtehreem @khudmukhtaar.pk for the webinar they hosted last night about nervous system regulation and money mindset. Otherwise NGL, I would be still thinking about that heartbreak

And for a moment, I thought that meant I had done something wrong.

But this experience reminded me that client acquisition isn’t just about closing every lead.

Sometimes, you also need to ask:

Is this client, this workload, these expectations and this compensation actually right for me?

Because when you're a beginner, you're so focused on getting clients that you forget—

you’re evaluating the opportunity too.

It's a bit long but important one for mompreneurs.

If your calendar or content system only works when you have a big block of uninterrupted time, your consistency is going to die because that version of motherhood doesn't exist asY you might have 40 minutes today, 15 minutes tomorrow, an unexpected sick day after that… and then MAYBE finally two quiet uninterrupted hours

So here's what worked for me and yes would do for you too.

Break your business work into small pieces

Don't put "create content" on your todo list. Break it down:

10 min → think of one audience problem
15 min → turn it into 2-3 hooks
20 min → develop one hook into an outline
30 min → write the post
10 min → repurpose it some other dsy

Now when your child wakes up halfway through? You haven't lost the whole task.

Some posts will come together in one sitting. Others will take three days, built in the gaps between everything else.

Both still count as consistent because consistent was never supposed to mean fast.

And this is where I think a lot of moms get time management wrong: they plan around how much time they have. They don't plan around how their time behaves.

Your time is fragmented. Your energy changes. Your priorities can shift in five minutes.

Didn't finish the reel? You found the topic. Didn't write the caption? You wrote the hook. Didn't batch five posts? You finished one.

That still counts.

Because consistency as a mom means the important work keeps moving, even when the day doesn't go according to plan.

You don't need a business that requires you to find more time. You just need a content system hat knows how to use the time you actually have. And I'm building that for me, I could build that for you too.

Especially when you're a mom trying to learn a skill, start something of your own, and build around the life you already have.

Start small. Let clarity come with action.
