We focus on what most people would drive right past.

In rural Tennessee and Alabama, that often means older mobile homes and properties that have been overlooked, under-maintained, or written off.

We see potential where others see problems- homes many would rather tear down.

We believe affordable housing should still feel intentional, cared for and well thought out, so we renovate with pride.

We’re committed to raising the standard in the affordable housing space and community.

We’re glad you’re here and apart of this journey with us.

More to come.

We’re leaning into a bit cooler interior tones with a few bold, earthy choices on the exterior. A nice creamy non-yellow white siding, bronze accents, a rich sage green front door, and soft natural colors throughout the interior.

This palette feels calm and clean without feeling cold or cookie-cutter.

We wanted something that stood out when it hit the market, but also something that still felt timeless.

We think these colors will do exactly that 🎨🖌️ taken in Tennessee by @buildwithsgr

You have to be a little delusional to see the finished house before the work begins.

But somewhere underneath the mess, we could see it.

And little by little, it started to look like what we’d seen all along. by @buildwithsgr

One message we wanted everyone to leave with:

We can do more together than we can separately.

Our goal isn’t to compete with Realtors. It’s to lean into all of our strengths and create something that leaves a lasting impact on the community.

The best opportunities aren’t always found. Sometimes, they’re created together. taken in Tennessee by @buildwithsgr

POV: You stopped waiting for the “perfect” first house and found the one you couldn’t wait to come home to.

Your own kitchen.
Your own backyard.
Your own projects.
Finally owning something that belongs to you.

It doesn’t have to be the house you live in forever.

Just the house where your life starts looking a little more like the one you’ve been working for. taken in Tennessee by @buildwithsgr

“It’s still just a double wide.”

We’ve heard it more times than we can count.

And that’s exactly why we love projects like this.

Because somewhere along the way, someone decided beautiful homes had to come with a certain price tag, be in a specific neighborhood, sit on a certain foundation, or carry a certain status.

We don’t agree.

We think great design, thoughtful details, and a home built to hold generations should be within reach for more people.

So yes, it’s a double wide.

The label stayed. Everything you thought came with it didn’t. by @buildwithsgr

We are trying to pick our favorite part of this transformation, but the kitchen and master bath are currently fighting for first place.

Professional pics, full reveal + video coming later this week 👀👀👀

Which one can you picture yourself in more?

There’s something special about having a little extra space around you.

No crowded streets.
No lights shining through your windows at night.
No neighbors right outside your door.

Just peace, privacy, and the quiet that’s hard to find.

A place where you have room to breathe, space to grow, and a home that has been thoughtfully restored from the ground up.

That’s the kind of living we love creating. taken in Alabama by @buildwithsgr
