Ok let's be real; using a tripod in the gym for the first time😂🥴did you feel awkward??

I'm aware it's all over the place lol. But honestly, I'm super proud of myself for not letting others opinions stop me from getting to it!

ADHD brain struggles: can't handle switching up my workout routine when my fave machine is taken🥲anyhoo, didn't feel 100%, but I showed up and crushed it (well, sorta) and that's all that matters!

Life can be overwhelming, but I’m learning to put myself first, even when depression and exhaustion try to weigh me down.

Exercise helps me get the dopamine rush I need to stay motivated and avoid bad habits. Still, motivation isn’t everything - discipline is the real challenge, one I’m still working on🤷🏽‍♀️.

It’s wild how fast my confidence can swing from ‘I can do this’ to ‘I’m lost and unsure’. If you’re feeling like this, you’re not alone, I’m here for you! Take things one day at a time and remember why you started.

I’ve thought about posting this for some time now, but for some reason anxiety & fear always win🥲. That being said, I made a promise last year that I would release myself from the shackles of my comfort zone and attempt to find the joy for life again✨.

My mental health and I have been through it, and the only thing that’s ever pulled me back into myself is moving my body and sticking to some kind of routine. Not perfection — just consistency that keeps me sane.

Built.BySav is the space where I rebuild, reset, and show what it looks like to keep choosing yourself even on the messy days.

I have no idea what I’m doing but I think that’s the beauty of it; trying new things and evolving as a person, whilst hopefully inspiring others to do the same.

If you’re also learning how to choose yourself again, I hope this page becomes a small reminder that progress doesn’t have to be loud or perfect — it just has to be yours.

Thank you for being here at the start of something new. I’m excited to grow with you. 🤍

LOVE
