At the age of 4 is when I discovered the game of basketball, it was at age 8 I fell in love with, from making my first aau team and winning a championship is a moment I’ll never forget. My freshman making my high school basketball team, still learning the game, every practice, every game I gave it my all. Now fast forward to being a varsity basketball player, not a lot of people get that experience, I’ll cherish every memory, every practice, every game that taught me how to be resilient, and preserve, not how I wanted to end my season, wanted to go farther but it’s time for me to move on to bigger and better things, time for college, even though I felt like I didn’t truly take advantage of this season, that I didn’t trust the work I put in, I’ll always remember the lessons this season taught and my coaches, that’ll I take with me for the rest of my life.
