Hardware is such a personal preference and we love to see what our customers end up loving. Some love the feeling of a large pull, while others prefer knobs, and some love a mix of both!

What is your knob/pull preference?

What are you putting in your kitchen? Some people love a separate cooktop and wall oven while others want a statement range.

Screen porch ➡️ Sunroom ☀️

This space already had one of the best features, a beautiful connection to the outdoors. Our goal was to keep that feeling while turning the existing screened porch into a room you could enjoy year round.

We enclosed the space with an Xtend system, added heated floors and infrared heaters and ran the same tile from the kitchen to tie it all together.

Do you have a screen porch you only use half the year?

Renovating your kitchen? The order you make your selections matters more than you might think.

One of the biggest mistakes we see is homeowners choosing finishes one at a time without thinking about how each decision affects the next. Then suddenly the countertop doesn’t work with the backsplash, the appliance specs change the cabinetry, or the perfect light fixture is backordered when you need it.

A good kitchen design should feel cohesive, but it also needs to be planned in an order that keeps the project moving.

A bathroom should be your escape—a place to relax while getting ready in the morning or unwind at the end of the day. With tons of natural light, a shower bench you could lounge on, and a huge soaking tub, this primary bath was designed to feel like a luxury retreat without ever leaving home.

What’s the most important part about a bathroom vanity?

That it works for you and your life! We can guide you, but only you know your daily routine and what works for you. For example, this customer preferred to lose a bit of countertop space so they could have a tall cabinet to store all the items they like to keep in the bathroom.

Before you start reaching out to contractors, start thinking about the small things that you like or dislike so the design can truly be one of a kind to how you live! taken in Cary, North Carolina by @builtbywade

This island needed its own moment 😍 Granite is making a comeback and it is the statement piece in this island. With a mitered edge and a leathered finish it’s not just a countertop it’s art!
