Crazy to think I went from the 300lbs hefty boy to for what I felt was the hardest physically straining courses for the fire academy at 250lbs to striving and thriving at a crisp 205lbs. And all it took was just saying screw it and following the process especially on the days I didn’t want to do anything. You’ve got to take the leap and just give it your all if you ever want to turn your life around for the better. by @builtfor_thewild
