The Lord did a thing! He magnified me in the eyes of people. I have only been in Knoxville for 3 years and to win an award that’s given to someone that has made professional development impact in the community, is incredible! Thank you, Jesus! Thank you @yp_knox for recognizing me this way!

Y’all, your girl is now an award winner 😂🎉🔥

‎DISGUISE
‎
‎
‎What if the thing keeping you away from God is not what happened to you, but the lie you believed about what happened?
‎
‎
‎Disguise is a powerful reminder that the enemy can use disappointment, pain, unanswered prayers, and difficult experiences to make us question God’s goodness.
‎
‎
‎Sometimes, when we are disappointed with God, we begin to believe lies like “God doesn’t care,” “He has forgotten me,” or “Maybe I cannot trust Him anymore.” And slowly, those lies can create distance between us and the One who loves us most.
‎
‎
‎But disappointment should never become a reason to walk away from God.
‎
‎
‎There is a place in our walk with Him where we can honestly say:
‎
‎
‎“I may not understand what God is doing, but I know who He is.”
‎
‎We need to grow into the revelation that God is always good even when life doesn't feel good.
‎
‎
‎Our circumstances may change, our expectations may not be met, and prayers may seem unanswered, but His character remains the same.
