We’re located just a 5-minute walk from Caledonian Road station & a 9-minute drive from Kings Cross.

The space features an industrial yet warm design wiTh concrete floors, white walls, and a selection of plants and lighting to create the right vibe.

The first time we taught this everyone looked at me as if I was mad, now look at them go!

We’ve been working on our arm balances in class this month. Our Sunday session is 45 minutes of drills and balances. So impressed with the progress they’ve made this month. by @bulbastudio

First week down! I’m still shocked I have my own space to teach. I think most of us instructors see success as having packed class, I mean don’t get me wrong, me too. But it makes it hard to really help people achieve their yoga goals and deepen their understanding of yoga on and off the mat.

I knew the end goal was a place of my own. Somewhere small and intimate where I can give hands-on adjustments. Where my students gain a deep understanding of the practice and their body.

I know it’s a dream for most and even I’m surprised opening the doors to my own space. Super grateful to anyone’s that’s already purchased a membership, class pack or dropped in.

It’s so rewarding and a blessing to be able to teach. More classes and more instructors coming in the next month!
