Why did you choose occupational therapy as your future profession?
I wanted a career where I could actively and directly change lives 💥 OT gives me the chance to do that every day through a truly holistic approach 🧡

What is your favorite occupation?
My favorite occupation is social engagement 🤝 & bonus points when it involves eating! 😋🍽️

Favorite memory from OT school: The crafts we explored in Environmental Technologies I 🎨🧵, I learned so much about myself and gained creative intervention ideas for future patients 💡🖌️

A piece of advice: You might start OT school doubting yourself, but you’re more capable than you think 💪. Your professors, classmates, and support system will light the way forward 🌟 — just trust yourself and keep going ☘️ by @buleycatherine

I’m 2/9ths an OTD! From creating crafts and baking treats, to splint making and playing pretend, we got through it. It may have been exhausting and difficult, but the reward was high and my heart is full. Thank you @uthscsaotd2027 see you in January! 🥳 by @buleycatherine

Who has two thumbs and is going to OT school at UT Health in San Antonio?! Go to slide 4 to find out!

I’m so excited to announce I will be pursuing a doctorate in occupational therapy in San Antonio! Jesus is so gracious for this wonderful opportunity to grow and learn even more than I already have. I am also pumped to announce I have successfully defended my honors thesis and have been awarded the highest possible status. The amount of support I had from friends and colleagues is more than I could’ve ever fathomed and I am incredibly grateful to have worked with so many wonderful people in the process. God is truly the only reason I got through and for that I am truly thankful!

Shout out to my roomies for the hair and make up in the grad pics, they made me look the prettiest I’ve ever felt :)

November flew by, my goodness! What a sweet and full month. From Miss MHB to concerts to celebrations and, to top it all off, a quick trip to Carnegie hall! The Lord is so kind to present these gifts to me, and I cannot thank Him enough. by @buleycatherine

nothing like such wonderful community in the month of October.

started off by celebrating my favorite guy, throw some work fun in the mix, a little bit of a few wacky girls being silly, and ending it off with a hot cocoa surprise from two best friends. Dancing’ outta September! 💃

A month of many emotions. A month of many growth periods. A month of simultaneous pain and joy. What have I learned? He’s in it all, my friends. The Lord is so constant, regardless of the circumstance of my life or if I feel Him near.
