🤎 Pumpkin-shaped Sourdough
🤎 Oblong Pumpkin Sourdough

Two wishes granted in one bake: a batard for sandwich making, plus the fun of tying twine to create this cute pumpkin look!

Look closely how I placed the four twines to achieve this cute shape! 🧶

Still lifting a heavy cast-iron pot in and out of a hot oven?

The Bulka Bread Oven weighs 8.5 lb, half the weight of a comparable cast-iron bread oven. The shallow base means you’re not reaching down into a deep, hot pot, and the perforated silicone sling lowers your dough in.

For two weeks it’s 20% off, $239.19 instead of $299. Our best deal of the holiday season.

🛒 Only on Amazon, October 29 to November 11. Link in bio.

no you don’t understand, I will NEVER get over this one 🦋🥹

I love creating butterfly sourdough, and I love painting sourdough- but what if I put them together?

The yellow swallowtail is my favoriteeee butterfly, and if you’ve been following me long enough you’ll remember I also embroidered one in thread years ago (before I had kids 😅)

This bread oven from @bulkabaskets made this whole process so much easier. For a design like this, I needed something I could easily move in and out of the oven without throwing my back out (hello, 35 👵🏻). And being able to score it without removing it from the base meant no shifting around during transfer! Im actually obsessed and so grateful for the chance to try it out. It’s definitely going to be a staple in my kitchen.

💜 Floral-shaped Sourdough
💜 Autumn Floral Sourdough

🖤💜 I’ve scored this intricate design on a 700g loaf before, but working with a black cocoa coating this time made it a whole new challenge! Honestly, it’s harder to cut (those tiny scores) through than white rice flour.
Hope you enjoy the reel and love this bake as much as I do 🖤💜

⏰ Check out my previous reel for the 7 Min Score.
🖤 Pls refer to the previous two dark loaves for mess-free black cocoa coating.

💡 A fresh take on my Sept floral-shaped loaf & a nod to my original design from October 2022!
