Metal Gear- Solid Snake 🐍

This is probably my favorite custom i have made so far.
With the new Meatl Gear Solid Delta coming out, i thought this would be a great time to re-tool my Solid Snake custom figure. Metal Gear Solid for the PS1 is one of my top 5 video games. Parts are printed in Resione F69 flex. A G.I. Joe classified Snake Eyes figure was used for the base body, and arms are from movie version Storm Shadow. A lot of engineering and test prints went into getting the parts to work perfectly with the existing base body.

Custom Female Predator
This was a fun build to make. A lot of engineering went into getting the armor to fit nice and snug. I used a Marvel Legends movie Mystique as the base body. I also used a mix of different resins, mostly Resione F69 flex.

Metroid - Samus

I've been a huge Metroid fan since the NES days, and Super Metroid is still on my top 5 list. I thought this version/design of Samus was a unique design, I love all the details in her armor and the new take on the armor as well. This is a mix of two 3D models. I don't know who sculpted the body, but the head was done by @eastseamonster
This is just cleaned off the printer. The next up is sanding and primer to prep the part for paint.

A little throwback here.
Back in 2017-2019, I used to make wacky custom mash-ups for @nerdist i had a bast working on these sets. This was the first set I did for them, I think a new Pokémon game had just come out, and a new x-men game, movie, or cartoon also had just come out.
I knew I did a good job when I would make @jessemckeil
crack up laughing.

Star Wars Attack of the Clones- Jango Fett

I made this figure a while back but never got around to posting the final figure. The armor was done by Boon, the helmet, hands, and belts are done by ds.artwork.and.more. I used a ROTJ Boba Fett for the base body. Parts are all printed in F69 flex resin.

Darkstalkers- Morrigan and Lilith

Morrigan and Lilith are two of my favorite video game characters. Now, the girls are off to be cleaned and prepared for paint. Im going to do a cell shade paint job on them as a posed to a realistic look.

Star Wars- Old Republic Trooper

I could never get into the gameplay for SWTOR, but I loved the store and the art design. I especially loved the design of the Republic Trooper. So when Boon did the 3D model for the trooper, I was excited to build one. Armor is done in F69 flex resin weapons, and pack are in regular resin.

Boba Fett Cartoon version

I've always had a soft spot for the toon version, Fett. I wanted to do more than just do a re-paint on a regular Boba Fett. Boon did a great job capturing the toon look in the 3D sculpt, and it was an overall fun build to make. One thing I wanted to make sure Fett had was his fancy knee-high boots 👢

Dragon Ball - Bulma

Get those dragon balls!
This is a commission piece off the printer. Next up for Bulma is sanding and clean, so parts lock in place perfectly and parts ready to paint. The windshield still needs to be printed it will be done in clear resin. Her torso can be swapped out between two versions.

Star Wars 1313 - Boba Fett

I was working as a QA tester at Lucas Arts when early development started on Star Wars 1313. We got to see a lot of the concept art and early game play. The Devs said it was going to be Star Wars meets GTA. Sadly, the game was canceled before they opened up for QA. So building this figure in a way makes up for it. Parts printed in Resione F69 flex. Helmet sculpt by ds.artwork.and.more The base body used was a black series Migs Mayfeld. Thanks to @call_me_fives for picking up figures for me!
