“DOOR2DOOR” Salesman Simulator 2026

Few months back In my game class nobody was making a game and that made me mad and then made me sad so I made a game that was bad which is pretty rad.

In D2D you as a salesman have to actually speak with your mic to characters in an apartment complex to sell stock of a random product. Each NPC has unique personality with a vulnerability you can tap into to seal the deal.

This feature comes from using the @conv.ai plugin for UE5.6 which allows you to make NPCs from UE Metahumans with custom personality traits, back stories, and voices. I could make a Joe Biden NPC if wanted to. It’s a fun experiment but I can’t imagine a future where AAA studios do this to their NPCs. It’s expensive too.

I bought a domain and used pixel streaming to let people play D2D on their browsers. It was all hosted on my PC as long as it was running. Ofc I could only keep it on for a while but it was fun while it lasted.

For the first time I made game logic that was integral to making any games. Arrays, whiteboards, widgets, post process effects, game instances, and scalability to name a few. and I wondered why my college wasn’t teaching me this. Though shoutout to goated instructor @nuclear_pixel

Did they expect you to get there on your own? No one else is getting there on their own. They will be choking the oil of the pipeline. Sorry that was dark. Sorry if you are a classmate. But shits going to be tough. Are any of us going to make it? by @bullymagnet

It simply had to be done.

Shot entirely on Super8 film except the explosion and the credits. Had to have credits…

Many thanks to @kitchakryan for their body and @scout_tote for their wisdom
