Going to finally post this Artfight attack I did on @_dan.sly_ here that I finished awhile ago of their characters Hopscotch, Rabbitrun and Manestar!! I had a lot of fun with it, DanSlys characters and designs always instantly become a favorite of mines and I love to interpret their stories so much!! ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ’œ I always look forward to doing PMVs each art fight year, it's become a tradition for me honestly hehehe!! ๐Ÿ˜ผ And yes Hopscotch (the sister) is TADC inspired, so parts like the scribbly pupils are intended to be a reference to the show!! ๐Ÿซฃ They make an excellent way to show anxiety and feeling lost in the mind! [Repost] My last warrior cat character reference sheet for Art Fight; he took awhile to figure out- His original design was created by the lovely @/scooterscones. Swipe! โžก๏ธ HuckleBerry is done!! I've had him for awhile now and I finally got a reference down for him! He was originally designed by @_dan.sly_ ; and I just had to offer for him so big thank you to them for letting me have them!! ๐Ÿฅบ Bears are one of my favorite animals so it's nice to finally have one that expresses that love for them! I named em Huckleberry cause I didn't want a common classic "bear" or honey name as he wasn't born this way. So I did research what could work as a warrior cat name and conviently bears love huckleberries + berries sound like bear, so I thought it'd be a cute but charming name as I've never seen a warrior cat name with it! I also accidentally designed what he was like before when he was an actual cat and I ended up really liking the headshot design so I plan to make a small ref for that aswell! I'll expand more about him on the Art Fight page but for now here's him! #warriorcat #warriorcatoc #bear #bearoc #wc Height Comparison! HuckleBerry before; He was collecting berries on the high mountains and got caught in between a bear and its cubs. Pollenstep is done! A non evil kitty for once. She was my first ever warrior cat character I adopted by Astroval a long time ago, and I remember really liking her, but never really gave her much attention until now. I think she came out really cute despite her simple design, she has a special relationship with one of my other ocs I'm working on a reference for, so I'm excited to finally include both of them this year for Art Fight! Viudas reference sheet done! Her original design was made by @_dan.sly_ ; The last slide [the best I could fit it atleast ;; ]! Big thank you to her for letting me adopt this beauty!! โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ•ท ๐Ÿ•ธ ๐Ÿ•ท As I kept drawing her, I added sprinkles of lore as I went along, such as a scratched face & why she covers that side with her hair, why her eye shines, and the reason for her appearance aswell as how I imagined her before her transformation to how she looks now. There was so much I wanted to add on the reference sheet but due to limitations of space on an already big canvas I cut a few info out. ๐Ÿ•ท๐Ÿ•ธ๐Ÿ•ท Quick story summary: I imagined her to be owned by an old human who was a collector of the woods, collecting insects, invertebrates and all sorts, dead pinned butterflies hanging on the walls. She stood with her former partner in a small cabin at a very young age, they were happy with their owner giving them affection and food. But she became fond of a particular spider locked away in a jar, it's colors and appearance immediately catching her eye as everyday past observing it more and more. She got curious and released the spider, holding it in her paw as gentle as she could be, her fondness ever increasing for it. She tried to show her mate but naturally it scared him away and he showed an aversion towards the spider. - One day, while her elderly owner was sleeping, she cuddled up next to them, sleeping by their side with the spider still attached to her. The spider crawled upon the human and bit them. The next morning the owners body felt cold and stiff, and a few days passed, they were carried away, leaving them two without an owner neglected and abandoned with no way of finding out what happened when their owner never came back. - As the weeks went by, stray loner cats began to take over the abandoned cabin and their relationship blunder starts there and how her hatred for starclan began.
