We travelled to Disney in May as a family and wore matching t shirts. We decided to use this moment to share something with everyone. What I didn’t plan for was sharing the group photo when we returned.

Tried using AI to help conceal our secret a little bit longer. Failed a bit but some were fooled to thinking it was a real photo!

I’ll not stop advocating for you when every doctor makes me sound like an over the top mum. If I hear, she’s just left handed one more time. Here’s the facts:

- she is my fourth baby
- ⁠when she feeds she never kneads my breast with her right
- ⁠she can use pincer grip with her left while her right struggles to open hand grasp things
- ⁠she rolls easily when her left leads the way
- ⁠she cannot roll independently with her right
- ⁠when she gets into crawl position she falls on her right side.
- ⁠she forget she had food/toys in that hand
- ⁠it stays in a fist most of the time or turned inward

I don’t know what it is but I do know it’s something. After months of persistence the physio agreed. We have a physio regime for a month and if no change we move forward with some tests.

Has anyone seen this before? Physio said it might be Erbs palsy?

Nesting for baby 5 is very different to when we were having our first! We painted the walls had every set up needed. Flash forward to number 5, and we were cleaning out a few drawers and turning a play room into a nursery.

I joke about it, but deep down we are just as excited as we were with our first. Suppose as we’ve grown, we’ve just realised what we definitely need to have and what is something we could live without.

Here’s to my helper. Next job is to sort through the babies clothes and get them put away!

Who had a better view?!
Tough call for football fans.
For this mama, really simple choice.
Spending the day out with the kids, watching them interact and pick out little outfits for their baby sister on the way made my heart full.
My husband got to enjoy football which I know he needed the time to be more than just a dad.
Anyone else think my view edged out the football?

POV: Your husband has mistaken ‘wife’ for ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’.

In all honesty, I didn’t mind going to pick the ticket up as it meant I got to choose a new outfit for the little one coming soon!

A dad who works hard, helps with the kids and doesn’t complain too much deserves to enjoy time away watching football. Even if it means I get a little drive to collect them!

I’m a mum to four children, soon to be five.
Four little girls… and one very special boy. 💙

My second-born. My only son. My Ethan.

Motherhood has taken more from me than I ever imagined. It has exhausted me, broken me open, and asked me to find strength on days when I had none left.

And somehow, you became one of the reasons I found it.

You have no idea how many times your little smile has pulled me through a hard day. How many times those little arms around my neck have made everything feel okay again.

I would move mountains for you.
I would give you every piece of me.

And one day, when you’re grown and don’t need your mum quite so much, I hope you know this:

Nesting looks a bit different this time around. Instead of setting up a nursery and getting all her clothes ready.

I’m sat wrapping presents for Christmas.

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love CHRISTMAS. It was always such a magical time. This year we will have a newborn and I want to use my energy in December postpartum to enjoy all the time together and limit any work.

I might not have had my tags…so I did have to label all my presents with numbers! And keep a cheat sheet. Fingers crossed that doesn’t disappear!

Pregnant and expecting a little one just before the holiday season has left me nesting in different ways! Christmas crafts are starting in October in this house. Sorry not sorry! Can you spot the wrapped presents in this video clip?!

In all seriousness…any other crafters go through their crafts daily? I could try something new everyday if my budget would allow it!

Here I decided to experiment with eco resin. In my attempt to create a Christmas gift for someone.

Not finished yet but for my first time trying it, I’m pretty pleased!

Have the children you can support, love and show up for. ❤️

Not the number that strangers, relatives, random commenters or society think you should have.

People will always have an opinion about your family — too many, not enough, too close together, too far apart… apparently everyone has a PhD in someone else’s uterus. 😂

But they don’t live your life.
They don’t know your circumstances.
And they don’t get to decide what your family should look like.

Apparently “bring ONE thing” means:
-one bag…filled with toys and snacks
The loophole was technically correct… so I can’t even argue with her…

We bought a Toniebox thinking it would encourage independent play and limit screen time.

Instead, I accidentally started a very expensive tiny plastic character collection. (My husband maybe being just as interesting in collecting them all!)

Things I wish I knew:

- The Tonies multiply.
- “Just one more” is never just one more.
- Your child will have a favourite… and it will be the one you HATE hearing
- They can operate this thing perfectly but still can’t find the shoes that are directly in front of them.
- And somehow I’m now emotionally invested in which Tonies we own

What is the 1 Tonie your child is obsessed with that you absolutely cannot stand anymore?
