You came into my life and filled it with so much joy and happiness, lifting me out of a dark place. I felt like your mother, inseparable from you, watching you grow each day into such a bundle of joy. It was fascinating to see you develop your silly quirks and almost mimic human behavior, probably because you’re so close to us and we always treated you more like family than a dog. Sometimes I’d laugh that you’re the first dog I’ve met who doesn’t like to eat, so we never need to worry about dropping food or protecting the trash. But feeding you was always a challenge because you’re so picky. As a pug, you’re supposed to be lazy, but you run so fast it takes three people to catch you, and you’re muscular. You love people, but you’re not a fan of other dogs and react in the funniest ways whenever you meet them. You love car rides and exploring new places. I love bringing you to the studio because you get so excited meeting new people, but you also get anxious if I leave you alone. You hate when I touch your toys, but you always bring them back whenever I throw them away. You don’t respond when I call your name, but as soon as I sit down, you come running, waiting for a back scratch. Coming home to you and being greeted with kisses is the best feeling. Even when you’re a little stinky, I love your smell because you’re my baby.

If we are ever reborn, I would choose you again in a heartbeat. It’s not about what I could have done differently while you were here, but about knowing you left this world surrounded by so much love and that we gave you a life full of happiness. Fly high, my little angel. I hope you’re running free across endless fields, with all the greenies you could ever want. Life feels so tough without you, but I know we’ll be okay.

I remember that day like it was yesterday. Your previous owner told me that since you're only 6 weeks old and it's the first time you're not sleeping with your mom, it would be best to keep you next to me on the first night. Tbt our trip to San Francisco 🌆

Dear Soundbox and friends, though the trip felt brief, the memories we created will stay with me forever. Because of y’all, I’ve been able to do things I never thought possible, and I am truly grateful. I love dancing, and I want to continue pursuing it. Lately, I’ve been struggling to find that passion again. However, remembering my community and the inspiring people around me reignites my desire to rediscover what I love.

While it may not always show, I am always grateful for the opportunity to travel and for being trusted to be a part of it. These trips felt like an honor, and I wanted to represent Soundbox well and make everyone proud.

To my co-director @jojodanceshtx, I truly appreciate your patience and support. We’ve faced many challenges while leading the team, but your presence has been a constant source of hope and reassurance for me. In my defense, my editing skills get better with time, but I kinda ate with this one 😭
