today marks 1000 days of genocide- palestine must never be forgotten. i wanted to create a painting of a native animal that i can use to fundraise for families on the ground, so here is the striped hyena which is indigenous to the region of palestine. i will be making stickers/prints shortly and all proceeds will be donated. last slide explains some of the motifs used 🕊️🕊️

you cannot be an environmentalist and be apolitical.
trump’s first 14 days of assault on iran produced over 5 million metric tons of co2 emissions, more than what 84 countries produce yearly.
the genocide in palestine has generated over 33 million metric tons of co2 emissions, equivalent to the annual emissions of 7.6 million cars.
ai produced as much co2 emissions in 2025 as new york.
ai data centres steal water from marginalized communities.
the predominantly black community of boxtown in memphis, tennessee, has to inhale pollutants from the 45 methane-burning gas turbines elon musk installed.

we are animals- but animals don’t inflict so much harm on each other to the point of genocides. no animal is truly destructive to their native environment. only humans.

i want us to return to our animal way of self-
a serendipitous harmony where we all equally benefit, no one animal is better than all, no one animal takes more and more, and exhibits such greed. the earth is all we have. we cannot let this continue. we have to care for this planet and one another like we all deserve. please choose mother earth!
