I was a Judge at the Burger Battle in Eastern Market this year and I had some of the best burgers I’ve ever have in my life 🙌🏾 Shoutout to all the finalist but @burgerfi came out on top 🏆🏆🏆 Some of my personal favorites were the burger from @fritabatidos @kozylounge 👌🏾 make sure you make it to the next Burger Battle and bring a friend with you I had a great time 🙌🏾✌🏾❤️ by @burgerbattledet

How many burgers did you smash?

Another @burgerbattledet event in the books. Our 2nd year attending, and already looking forward to next year.

Every competitor did a great job, personally was blown away by @kozylounge juicy burger, @fritabatidos bbq brisket burger, and the winner for 2026 @burgerfi for their rodeo burger 🍔

If you are a burger lover and foodie, this event is a must!

Another Burger Battle Detroit is in the books. 🍔⁠

Congratulations to this year's champion, @burgerfi, whose Rodeo Burger took home the top prize with two all-beef patties, grilled jalapeños, Pepper Jack, crispy fried onions, and barbecue sauce.⁠

Detroit’s Burger Battle never disappoints. 🍔🔥

Great burgers, great people, and one of my favorite food events of the summer. I ran into so many friends and creators, discovered some incredible burgers, and after tasting my way through the field… BurgerFi took the top spot for me. 👑

If you love burgers, Detroit food festivals, Eastern Market, and trying local restaurants all in one place, put this event on your calendar next year. Until then, get your palate ready—there are plenty more Metro Detroit food events on the way.
