🚨 DC, you’ve officially been warned… this spot is about to have you canceling your meal prep. 😂🔥

@burninbirddc just opened, and they’re serving up some of the CRAZIEST chicken sandwiches in the city! 🐔🥪 Even better? They’re 💯% HALAL ✅ and open until 4:00 AM 🌙🔥

🍯 The Honey Butter Sandwich stole the show for me 🤤
🍗 The tenders? BANGING.
🔥 The wings? Super crispy.
🍟 And those loaded fries… they’re actually LOADED. Not the “sprinkle a little cheese and call it loaded” kind. 😂

🌶️ Sponsor shoutout: If you’ve been following me for the past year, then you already know… I can’t eat my chicken without @capitalcityco Mambo Sauce! ❤️🔥 It’s been my go-to sauce for almost every bite, and if you haven’t tried this DC classic yet, you’re seriously missing out!

If you’re in DC, this is your new late-night go-to. Whether you’re craving a sandwich, wings, tenders, or loaded fries, they’ve got you covered! 🙌🔥

Some snippets from our grand opening last week

Thank you to everyone who came by and a special thank you to everyone behind the scenes who has made this possible since day one.

To see something that started off as a late night “what if” make it this far is truly surreal. Countless sleepless nights have gone into this and we hope you feel that as you enter through the doors. We truly enjoy every single conversation and meeting you guys day in and day out.

Looking forward to serving you guys for many years to come IA.

🔥 Nashville-style hot chicken in the heart of DC! 🍗🌶️
@burninbirddc
We stopped by Burnin Bird Hot Chicken in Dupont Circle and this spread did not disappoint! From crispy halal chicken sandwiches and jumbo tenders to wings, loaded fries, and creamy milkshakes, everything was fresh and packed with flavor.

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with spice levels for every kind of heat lover. 🔥 And those loaded fries were definitely a favorite!

📍1829 M St NW, Washington, DC 20036

Save this spot for your next DC food stop! ❤️‍🔥
