I turn 25 in 25 days so here’s 25 things I’m grateful for
1. The growth I’ve made in the past 365 days. Because 547 days ago I wouldn’t believe where I am now.
2. How generous life has been to me.
3. The 25lbs I’ve gained this year after forever feeling like I could never make progress.
4. August, for being the man that he is and protecting my peace.
5. Doc for being stinky.
6. The sunset for reminding me even in darkness there is beauty.
7. Boiled peanuts.
8. The number 8 for being so sexy.
9. My brothers for teaching me how to be a man.
10. Seashells and rocks for scratching the right parts of my brain.
11. Moscow mules.
12. The moon in all shapes and sizes but especially when it’s orange and extra large.
13. The neighbourhood for finally stating they’re still making music.
14. My mama for being the beautiful person that she is.
15. Publix.
16. My father for also teaching me how to be a man (first born = man of the house).
