As many of you would have heard by now, sadly Chad Gilbert has lost his battle to cancer. He fought it for many years and never let it change his demeanour.

@newfoundglory did a signing in Brisbane many years ago and had the pleasure of meeting them all briefly then. Chad was always known to be friendly and happy. He will be missed but never forgotten and his music will live on through Shai Hulud, New Found Glory and International Superheroes of Hardcore.

My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

"For now we'll say goodbye
We know it's not the last time"
