Q4 starts today.

Before you start making new goals, take a second to look at the last 9 months.

What worked?
What didn’t?
What kept you from executing?
And what actually needs to happen in these next 90 days?

We don’t need another year of saying “next year.”

We got 3 months left. **Let’s make them count.**

Save this, sit down with your goals, and get intentional. 🤝🏾 by @burr.barry

I used to think having a service = having an offer.
I knew what I did.
I knew how I could help.
So I assumed the next step was simply… telling people about it.

But I’m realizing there’s a BIG difference between explaining what you do and creating an offer that makes someone think:

“Oh. THAT is the problem I’m trying to solve.”

Your offer has to help people understand:
→ the problem you solve
→ the result you can help them get
→ why your solution makes sense for them

And honestly, this is something I’m still figuring out in real time as I build my business.

Which is kind of the whole point of this series — I’m not sharing this from the other side of it. I’m sharing what I’m learning as I go.

So if you’re building a service-based business too…

Does your offer clearly communicate the problem you solve? 👀

The more I learn about business, the more I realize you have to ask better questions.
Sometimes the problem isn’t that you need more. You just need to figure out what’s already broken.
I’m learning as I go. 🤝🏽 by @burr.barry

The business doesn’t look impressive yet.
It looks like notes. Research. Questions. Rewrites. Learning.

But I’m starting to realize that this is the work.

Before the growth, there’s learning.
Before the results, there’s repetition.

And I’m okay with being in that phase. by @burr.barry

In due time, it’ll all come together. Until then, trust the process❤️
