More feedback ⭐

Thank you to J + T for sending us these kind words after their wedding in August!

It will never not be a massive deal to me that people take 10 minutes out of their day to leave a little review - it means such a lot and doing this for a small business means more than anything!!!

Thank you ❤️❤️

A festival-style wedding packed with good vibes, live music, lawn games, cocktails, glitter, sparklers and plenty of dancing ✨🎶

From a garden ceremony and bubble-filled confetti walk to a mechanical bull, waffle bar and an epic evening reception — this one really had it all 🤍

Loved capturing every little moment with an amazing team of suppliers behind the day.

We’re still pretty busy through September and into October but we’re ready to get a few more dates in the diary for October (oh hello pumpkin!) and beyond.

We’ll of course be back with our faves at @trenchmore_farm and @tottingtonmanor for their Autumn and Christmas Markets but we’re open to new events - booking now!

If you or someone you know is hosting an awesome event that needs awesome coffee or waffles get in touch!

So, if you’re organising…

☕ Coffee & food events
🧇 Markets & fairs
🎄 Christmas markets & festive events
🎃 Halloween events
🚗 Car meets & automotive events
🏢 Corporate events & staff days
🎬 Film & TV productions
🏫 School & community events

…we’d love to hear from you.

We’re particularly looking for events across West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and London.

And if you know an event organiser who might be looking for something a little different, tag them below or send this their way.

Coffee? Waffles? Ice cream? Photobooth? We can bring one, or bring the whole lot.

REAL TALK…..

This isn’t something we talk about as wedding suppliers very often, simply because it doesn’t happen, if at all!

What happens when things go wrong?

Like every business owner/ wedding supplier/ human being, we do our best to have procedures in place so that in case things don’t quite go to plan, we can still deliver the services we’ve been contracted to provide, however in the rarest of circumstances, if lots of little things go wrong, all at once, that kinda makes for a stressful experience trying to deliver the standard of service we’re known for!

Just some of the challenges we faced at a recent event:

Our photobooth stand had mysteriously broken between loading and unloading and we couldn’t pull together a repair ❌
The print templates had been muddled up between Photobooths and a lack of WiFi meant rectifying this took longer than anticipated ❌
Our specialist printer decided it didn’t want to be the default printer anymore and when it did want to print, it cut the prints in half ❌
Cake cutting and first dance timings meant set up for the photobooth was initially delayed ❌
The photographers flash extension was mysteriously synced with our external flash and despite changing all the channels, neither of us could figure out why it was happening ❌

We started a little later than planned and once the little issues were all ironed out, the photobooth was a huge hit and was busy all night! Success! 😮‍💨

Huge thanks to @lumimix for the use of their spare speaker stand and also massive thank you @toastmasterdan for working with us and shifting timings/ furniture around to get us going. It was a challenging evening but we got through.

Wedding suppliers - this is for you, how do you deal with things when they don’t quite go to plan?
