lunch at @thewinelabrestaurant 🍽️🥂

Had the fish of the day 🐟 which was so yummy paired with the creamy mashed potatoes & I have to say, The Wine Lab is one of the few places that gets mashed potatoes right in Lagos 👌🏾

Twas an afternoon well spent 🥂

✨FULL REVIEW (opinions belong to me & me only ☺️)

• SERVICE: 6.5/10 | Staff inside was far more attentive than outside. It took some time before we were attended to once we switched to outdoor seating.

**speaking of outdoor seating, we were originally told we couldn’t sit outside as per “fully booked” only to move there later as the place was ✨abundantly✨open…**

• FOOD: 7.5/10 | I ordered the margherita pizza which was good but wasn’t as fresh/hot as I would’ve liked. Also lowkey gave cheese pizza 🫣

• DRINKS: 8/10 | The hibiscus mocktail was actually very delicious although a bit too sweet para mi🍹

• AMBIENCE: 10s across the board! Truly the selling point for this restaurant. The vibrant, yet warm and earthy tones of this space coupled with the modern & cozy decor transports you straight out of Eko Atlantic to a tropical resort in Tulum, Mexico.

✨ It’s the perfect place to come to for brunch, dinner, or even to get some work done. And while I would return again, I can definitely see why the restaurant has mixed reviews.

✨ PHOTO POLICY: pictures/videos allowed outside but not on the poolside rooftop. (Although we still made it happen 🌚)
