Hibiscus is a great source of antioxidants helping boost immune systems, it's also an anti-inflammatory, which can keep cortisol (the stress hormone), which attributes to fat storage, at bay. Drinking the product of the flower is widely known for controlling blood pressure levels. Hibiscus tea increased ‘HDL’ (good) cholesterol, decreased ‘LDL’ (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides

Ginger
can reduce your risk of diabetes,
it's an anti-inflammatory and contains antioxidant-like compounds called phytonutrients that may reduce cell damage. Research has linked multiple digestive benefits to ginger, specifically acting on parts of your GI tract responsible for feelings of nausea, upset stomach, and vomiting (morning sickness and period nausea and cramps included). It may also help to move food from the stomach to the small intestine for digestion and absorption.
