Booking a retreat is never just about the destination.

You might arrive for the yoga. The sunshine. The beautiful villa. The food. The chance to step away from everyday life for a little while. But ask someone what they remember from a retreat, and it's often something much harder to photograph.

They'll recall the friendships that formed around the table. The conversations that stayed with them. Moving their body because it felt authentic, not because they had to.

They might remember the ease of having nowhere else they needed to be. Slowing down enough to hear themselves again.

And perhaps, remembering what feeling *well* actually feels like.

Can you actually prevent stretch marks during pregnancy? 🤰🏽

There's no shortage of creams and oils promising that you can, and it's a question Moms continue to ask us.

But the truth is, stretch marks are influenced by genetics, hormones, your skin's natural elasticity and how quickly your body changes; and no skincare product can guarantee you'll avoid them.
