As summer settles into the valley, join us for one last stroll of the season. We have a beautiful lineup of artists this week. Come down to bask under the shady trees and enjoy a free show brought to you by @slcartscouncil and @primroseprod.

🎶 We're playing outside this Thursday! Join the Utah Folk Orchestra at the Jordan River Parkway Acoustic Music Stroll — June 18, 6–8 PM near the International Peace Gardens (1000 S & 900 W, SLC).

🎧 Want to listen?
Bring friends, a lawn chair, or a picnic blanket for a gorgeous almost-summer evening on the river. We'll have a tip bucket out — every dollar goes directly toward our 501(c)(3) nonprofit startup costs.

🎸 Want to play? Come jam with us! If you play an acoustic instrument and love folk, world, and roots music, you are so welcome, even if you've never played with us before. Can't make our regular Sunday sessions? A Thursday stroll might be your perfect entry point. Just bring your instrument and chair and jump right in!

What a gorgeous day in Salt Lake City! Coming to stroll with us? Check out the details below:

Strolls will be held on the Jordan River Parkway just above Jordan Park and the International Peace Gardens (1000 S 900 W). Parking is available throughout Jordan Park. Biking, walking and strolling is encouraged.

Acoustic Music Strolls are from 6 - 8 pm. During that time 8-10 acts (solos, duos, trios) will be playing lovely tunes along the Jordan River Parkway in a section that is approximately 1/4 mile.

The Jordan River Parkway is paved and ADA accessible. email primroseslc.com for further instruction and ADA accommodations.

There is no formal seating at this venue. You may bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show. We ask that you do not block the Parkway but find a spot off to the side in one of the numerous grassy areas.

Dogs, on leash, are welcome.

Busking is a time honored tradition where performers entertain for donations. You are invited to tip these acts with cash or digital apps like venmo.

The sounds of Busker Fest carry all the way to the West Side this June as we present events focused on the musical buskers. Acoustic Music Strolls on the Jordan River Parkway invite you to one of SLC's iconic trails to enjoy the tunes from our roster of musicians. Bring your dogs, friends, kids, bikes, skates and smiles to enjoy the magic of our westside neighborhoods.

The musical acts are soloists and groups who will all be playing at once as the audience moves through the party along this 1/4 mile section. The Strolls are designed to be casual and open to all members of the community. Along this paved and accessible route, 8 acts are scheduled to perform as the audience moves through the show.

Free to attend, appropriate for all ages. Performers will accept tips at this event.

✨ Buskerfest 2026 ✨

We had SUCH a blast bringing “Mad as a Hatter” to @buskerfestslc this past weekend! Huge thank you to @primroseprod and @slcartscouncil for having us! We are so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of our favorite festival of the year. And thank you so much to everyone who came out to see us! Be sure to think of us for any Wonderland themed events!

We are so sad to hear the fate of Buskerfest hangs in the balance for next year. This festival is so important to both local and out of state performing artists. We need art and community more than ever. @slcmayor please reconsider. This festival has made such a positive impact over the past 8 years, and we need to save the arts, not destroy them.

For two incredible nights, Main Street, Regent Street, and the @ecclestheater Lobby transformed into an unforgettable world without walls.

Busker Fest is living proof that the best art belongs to the public. It is high-flying aerialists defying gravity, mind-bending magicians leaving us speechless, and local musicians keeping the heart of our city beating right on the pavement. Busker Fest is… pure magic.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our phenomenal lineup of international traveling troubadours and homegrown local heroes who left everything out on the pitches. You brought the wonder, and our community brought the energy. Thank you to everyone who packed the sidewalks, clapped until their hands hurt, and generously filled the performers’ hats.

An event of this scale truly takes a village of believers. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our foundational partners, the @slcartscouncil, @downtownslc, @theblocksslc, @visitsaltlake, and @primroseprod, for keeping our cultural core vibrant, accessible, and free for everyone.

We also want to give a special shoutout to our incredible support list and event partners, including @fivewivesvodka, @fevertree_pt, and @ogdensowndistillery, for their fantastic support in bringing this vision to life.

🎪✨ Step right up and enter the magic of BuskerFest! ✨🎪

This year, we brought a touch of vintage circus wonder to the streets with our elegant Carousel Lady and Ringmaster duo. From towering costumes and swirling skirts to grand showman energy, we loved bringing the charm, mystery, and spectacle of a bygone circus era to life.

The heart of BuskerFest has always been about creativity, resilience, and the joy of connecting with a community through art. Watching smiles, hearing laughter, and seeing people stop in their tracks to experience the magic is what makes it all worthwhile.
