If we told our younger selves that 18 years later we'd have been married for 5 years and celebrating our anniversary with fancy French food, I don't know if we'd be surprised or like, "well, of course!" I do know that teenage me would have to ask "what do French people even eat?"

Happy both anniversaries dear, I love you immensely ♥️ I can't wait to see what else we get up to in the next 50+ years and however many reincarnation terms we have left to serve lol by @busterswordboy

Just arrived in the mail! Looking forward to diving into this one (with some FF music playing in the background, of course). What's the best Final Fantasy soundtrack, and why is it FFVIII? 🙂‍↕️

I've been streaming for a while now and it's always been a good time, but the support I've been getting lately and the turnout has made it extra rewarding 👾

Thank you to everyone who shows up to watch me beat games and blab about them! You make it fun 👊

It's been over a year since Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin came out, and I'm still thinking about it

An alternative take on FF1, the game that started it all, with blood, brutal finishers, a hero who refuses to make time to hear out bosses' monologues, and to cap it all off, one of the best endings to any game (for FF fans) with Sinatra playing over the final moments? It's crazy, and beautiful, and excellent. As one reviewer on Backloggd put it: "he really did do it his way."

I just got the platinum trophy last night, and I plan on getting into the DLC content in the coming months: probably on Twitch!

Thanks again to my viewers for getting it for me!

Happy #PS2sDay! Drakengard was originally received as just another game full of sixth gen weirdness, but it ended up spawning two sequels, and serves as the foundation for Nier and Nier Automata. Yoko Taro's 2005 directorial debut is definitely still worthy of your time, especially if you're a fan of his newer, more famous series

One of my Twitch viewers got me this absolutely perfect Cloud pin off my Throne wishlist from Etsy artist @anadiapins ✨

I have to find a way to wear this with every outfit; there are a lot of people out there that could use his advice lmao

So happy to hear that @squareenix is rereleasing Chrono Cross on modern systems!

It's long been a very important game to me, and I was super lucky to have the character artist sign a copy of the game at an anime con back in 2014. Excited to play this again on PS5 and (hopefully) get the platinum trophy!

The results are in! If you missed The BusterSwordBoy Game Awards (BSBGAs) live on Twitch, here's a recap! You can always go watch the saved video too!

There were more awards given than listed here; unfortunately Instagram limits to 10 pics in a post lol. Overall it was an incredible year for video games, especially if you had a PS5 or are a fan of Sega!

#fbf to my last trip to @lostarkvideogames. Seeing that classic arcade carpet and an honest to goodness Pokemon Snap machine makes me immediately feel six years old again lol. Love this place to death!

I couldn't get over how cool and hilarious the Gran Turismo sample in "Drive off a Bridge" is so I made this lol

Super excited for @jakeychristy 's album in February and for Gran Turismo 7 in March!
