Hello all you Busters! @bustnstuff is a proud sponsor of @ejbigbandbbq for the 2nd year!! The producer, Joy Boyd is a former student of mine from the late 90’s I think (getting old) and was just a cool person. The whole family is cool, but I digress. Come on down to @turnerhallmke and enjoy this event. Be ready to shake your booty busters!🙂#thingstodoinmilwaukee #rageroom #bigband #emmittjames by @bustnstuff

Hello All you Busters! I remember sitting in the Bustaporeum for hours just trying to figure out what the hell I was doing, no template. The 100th insurance group didn’t laugh at me and it worked out. Bust-N-Stuff helped me turn resilient and because of that I have made amazing connections all over the place! A shout out to my wife @destinationdogwalk for giving the me the you can do it arm swing! Thank You Busters and thank you Bust-N-Stuff!❤️🫛#bustnstuff #rageroom #thankyou by @bustnstuff

Worst or best doctor visit ever? See for yo’self in the video for “Loaded,” the first single from my new record ‘Osborne’ coming via @blueelan September 19!! 🏥

Osborne is my most raw and revealing album to date, inspired by my journey through addiction, recovery and rebirth. The album’s lead single, “Loaded,” is out today and I wanted its video to be a cathartic commentary on pain management and the American opioid epidemic. 🖤

It stars indie film legend Mark Borchardt as a zany, over-prescribing doctor and was filmed at rage room Bust’N’Stuff...

Osborne was born from my experience last year at Hazelden Betty Ford. After a decade of dependency on prescription painkillers and substances stemming from a spinal surgery, I checked myself into the Minnesota-based facility — where I was assigned to the Osborne unit, a letter off from Ozzy Osbourne’s surname but appropriated by patients as such. There was heavy metal-themed artwork, a guitar Clapton left behind, and DVDs of The Osbournes laying around. In the Osborne unit, I felt at home and a sense of love being unburdened by the stigma, shame and isolation that often comes with addiction. 🏩

A month later, I found myself in a California church basement honoring a commitment I’d made to make a new record with producers @themikeviola and @tylerchester . I scrapped the songs I’d written and wrote candidly about my experiences, trying to balance the heavy with humor and darkness with light. The album is rooted in my journey but to me feels universal to the human condition. I hope something in the music resonates with you. As the Buddhists says, “No mud, no lotus.” 🌱

I’m so proud to be a part of this for Black History Month as a sponsor of the program that my Mother Jackie Trotter produced. While I am not very religious, I do Honor My ancestors who were so amazing. I will always be proud to be a Black Man. If you don’t like this post, please unfollow as quickly as possible.#blackhistorymonth #iamaman @bustnstuff taken in Bust-N-Stuff by @bustnstuff
