What a WILD ride this life is. To allow yourself the time & space - To sit and be. Not a cloud in the sky. The wind telling a story of all the adventures I shall take. When writing I find no words. Not as often as I do in yours.

I feel a calling To guide, lead & inspire. More so off the mat and into nature. How do you feel pulled? Where is life calling you to show up more?

The life you want requires a version of YOU that doesn’t exist yet! Let that sink in.

I always say when chasing that next version of you don’t forget to sit with this version right here and be thankful for this version is getting you to the next.

We all have a burning desire to be more to do more not that that’s a bad thing. It’s a great thing to chase goals and big dreams, but it is going to take letting go of that old version to step into the new one.

I recently read somewhere, in order to become that next version of you you must become her every single day. What does she do? What does she eat? What does she drink? What does her day look like? You are the only one holding you back.

Why is no one talking about the sacrifice it takes to NOT build the business, to NOT write the book, or to NOT chase the dream.

You almost always hear about the sacrifice it took to do the thing, to go back to school, to build the business BUT what about the sacrifice it takes to not do it! To not grow and expand and become the best version of you.

Why does no one talk about not going after what you want, the lack of breathing you it creates, the stress and the consultant should have / what if mindset it creates.

There are sacrifices to both sides of the coin, but what sacrifice feels good to you right now?

Let’s Go Build Shit!

Whatever season you are in & whatever you are chasing it will cost you more to stay where you are than it will to open your wings and fly!
