What’s the opposite of homesick?

Because I’m MISSING Japan so badddddd!
9 Days is easily NOT enough and we were on GO the entire trip which makes sense when I got sick on the way home. I don’t regret it one bit tho.

Shibuya Crossing was interesting but I think it’s really just a busy street and nothing really major. The area is sick tho with tons of things to do. I think next time I visit, I may stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku but I need a Kyoto and Osaka visit so who knows.

I literally use escapism as my coping mechanism unfortunately.

Catch me anywhere but home when I’m feeling like life is tough. My mom thinks they might snatch me at the airport, but I keep telling her that it would be my excuse to live aboard and leave the states.

Like there are people who are ACTUALLY in danger from ICE and Border Patrol. There are real people who cannot travel and are living in fear. So during my trip to Guatemala, I went to visit Lake Atitlán or Lago de Atitlán. aI stayed for a day and a half in a cute Airbnb that had a sweet view of the lake. As soon as we dropped our bags, we took a mini taxi and ended up here at the Umbrellas!

The spot is called La Calle de las Sombrillas and is located in the town called San Juan La Luguna. You can hop to different towns all across the lake. It’s HUGE!! Just make sure you get back to your side before sunset or you can almost end up stuck like I did 😅

One thing bout me, Ima pet a stray dog 😂
