Marathon Monday. 🏁 One of the many things Nipsey taught us is that the marathon continues, always! Success isn’t built overnight + it’s built through consistency, faith, and having the right people beside you every step of the way. Today we want to celebrate two incredible women who have been running this marathon with us for 5 years. Brooke + Ivy ( @butwhyb + @imarie__ ) thank you. Thank you for representing our brand with excellence, integrity, and genuine care. You don’t just pour drinks, you create experiences, make people feel welcome, and represent our business as if it were your own. Your sisterhood, kindness, professionalism, respect, and expertise align perfectly with our values, and that’s a blessing we never take for granted. One of the greatest accomplishments as business owners is knowing we’ve built something that can continue to thrive even when we’re not physically present. That’s only possible because of the trust we’ve placed in you and the trust you’ve earned from our clients. When customers ask for you by name and continue requesting you event after event, that’s something we’re incredibly proud of. The runners that never stop running ! There’s so much unseen work that doesn’t get seen when leading a vision you’re passionate about. The prep work before the work & the clean up after the work.
