After the tasting, Chef @_eugenesantiago is cooking a multi-course Kamayan-style dinner. Everyone will sit down together and eat with their favorite winemakers. Dinner comes with three glass pours, and we’ll also be opening some rare and older bottles from @zev_rovine personal collection to buy and drink at the table. When we were organizing “More or Less… A Wine Fair” last year, I vowed never to do it again. Organizing these things is a lot of work, whether or not we call them a wine fair. But frankly, it was so goddamn fun we’re doing it again. This year we’re taking it to California. The first week of this November, we’re bringing 40-something wineries from around the world out West for two big tastings and lots of side events. November 1st in LA.
November 4th in Oakland.
Tickets go on sale September 15th. We’ll be posting a lot more over the next few weeks with details on each event, the winemakers coming, dinners, parties, and everything else we have planned. September wine club drop! 🍎 Domaine Dandelion — Wild, bone-dry pét-nat cider from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Made from old Burgundy apple trees, pressed on an old vertical screw press and fermented without additions. Fun, fresh, and seriously food-friendly. 🌊 Cirelli Trebbiano — Peach pit, green apple, raw almond, and a touch of sea air. A textured, bright Trebbiano from Abruzzo, fermented and aged in amphora. 🌸 Cyril + Jean Mi — A juicy, chillable Loire red built around the idea of blouge—a blend of red and white grapes. Cinsault and all the Grenaches come together for something light, fresh, and delightfully unexpected. 🍐 Marc Pesnot — Muscadet from young vines near Nantes. Pear, green apple, white flowers, honey, and plenty of texture. A beautiful take on Muscadet that’s made for oysters, roast chicken, or a long evening. by @buvonswine

Hello, We will have different hours for September: Tues: 3p - 7p Wed - Sun: 8a - 3p It has been a little over 5 months; time has flown by. We have been brewing different coffees from new and familiar roasters, meeting more people, trying lots of wine, and riding as often as we can. We hope to share some good news about the shop before it gets properly cold, and we are doing our best while staying patient. In the meantime, meet us @buvonswine .
