2016 started in Afghanistan and only got better after I got home. Added our last kiddo to the clan and spent as much time in the Wasatch as possible! by @buzzswenson

✌️ 2025. Solid year, lots of travel. New and old friends doing bucket list things regularly. New amazing job, new opportunities coming. @the.sect.fitness more days than not. 2026 is shaping up to be even better! by @buzzswenson

Yes, that’s a huge ball of wasabi. I gained a new level of respect for Bodhi last night. Little man is always trying to impress his older siblings… mission accomplished bro

“Down the hatch!” 😂🤣😂

My reaction says it all.

Quick parents only weekend in DC for a baseball game and playing tourist! @kmswenson05 by @buzzswenson

20 years in the blink of an eye. Today marks my retirement from the Air Force. More than any of the individual achievements or experiences, as cliche as it may be, it was all about the people I served with. Appreciative of the opportunities and ready to close this chapter of my life and move fully to the next! Thank you to all who supported me throughout the past couple decades, I have made so many friends for life.

1. Pilot Training graduation in 2007
2. Learning to fly the Tweet - (T-37)
3. First solo in the T-38
4. First solo in the Viper
5. Over Afghanistan on my first combat deployment. This picture always gives incredible nostalgia of what it was like to be solo at night in combat.
6. Viper Demo - some of the best times I ever had flying.
7. The Kings of CAS (scooter gang) in Korea.
8. 89-2149, pride of the fleet.
9. Couldn’t have done it without their support. by @buzzswenson

Baseball regular season complete. Cru hit a couple dingers, Bodhi’s team went undefeated! Proud of their hard work and improvement this season - Our evenings continue to be occupied for the foreseeable future - both are on to All-Stars! by @buzzswenson

A lot of people have asked how we’re doing lately… in short, busy! We took our Halloween photo last night, a week late 😆 by @buzzswenson

We turned a yard equipment closet in to a sauna! Can’t thank my good bud @mattsterbenz enough for guiding (and tolerating) me through the process. So pumped on the result! Also shoutout to Loco @clev_justin for help digging an electrical trench! by @buzzswenson
