When your daughter requests a steak for lunch, then you know you have to stop at @bvmmarket for a boneless ribeye.

Smoked low and slow on the @asmokegrills until the internal temp hit about 85. Always locking in temps with @themeatstickig. Then we seared it on the @blackstoneproducts for a couple minutes per side.

Let the steak rest until it was at about 128 internal for that perfect medium rare.

To get the party started, I sliced into this juicy ribeye with my @coolina_usa knife.

And as always… prepped on my @hallymetalofficial table.

Sticky, smoky Maple Bourbon sweet-heat ribs with a glossy @thewingscout glaze 🔥🍯

Seasoned with @cusos Dirt + Maple Bourbon, then smoked low and slow on my @asmokegrills 🔥💨

Wrapped and glazed in @thewingscout sauce. Long Islanders better get that while it’s hot!

After the glaze set, you know I had to slice them with my @coolina_usa 🔪
