I’m excited to join PhillyCHI + AIGA PHL for a day of conversations, ideas, research, and perspectives from across the UX and design community. I’ll be speaking at 4:30pm with “AI Is Not the Answer (It’s Just Practice)”, where we’ll unpack the hype around AI, its role in UX and product design, and the bigger questions around ethics, equity, creativity, and what’s happening to our work.

What happens when the pressure to “adopt AI” moves faster than the conversations about the people, teams, and communities affected by it? There’s a lot happening right now, including some very interesting decisions coming from the top, and I think it’s worth talking about honestly. Hope you’ll join me and all my friends October 8th. Details on how to join us are in this very carousel! by @bvmwick

I’m living a lot of answered prayers.
If I had to tell you where I am right now.
It’s the end of the Alchemist.
I’ve been reflecting on what wealth
really means. I am so wealthy.
A safe space with my person.
Living successfully in my hometown.
Friends and Family flourishing and blessed.
Survived a lot to be here.
But I’m thankful and so proud

shifting missions, intuition
