Before we can begin to build, we need to restore

Braden is going into his 12th year of professional baseball

Because of this, we need to take a different approach than we would with a 1st to 3rd year

(Not calling him old lol)

We first need to make sure he can move through proper ROM as well as access the right positions

Braden was up to 98 this year and has the goal of throwing 100 next year

Using specific constraints, we can specifically target areas that he needs

In this case, this was his prep before his lift

The goal was to feel good, and begin to open up ROM after a season in which he had 59 appearances taken in IHT Human Performance by @bwebb_30

What does an end of year assessment look like with a professional baseball player

Braden Webb (@bwebb_30) is back from his Mexican league season in which he had 59 appearances

With such a high level athlete, we have to be very specific in our assessment and application

Here’s an inside look at how we fix muscles (with some funny reactions)😂

Shoutout to @bwebb_30 for being a champ

Braden is rehabbing a groin issue and we are in the final stages before he goes back to play. His main areas of focus were his lower back and adductors.

Braden Webb is currently a free agent and deserves a chance with any team. He pitched in the Brewers organization from 2016-2021 where he was a Top 30 prospect during that time. He has pitched a lot of places since then. He sits 95-98 while touching 100 MPH at times. He has a changeup that has a swing and miss rate of 54%. The pitcher has piled up a ton of strikeouts over his time as a pro. Anyone organization can use him as a good righty option. by @bwebb_30
