Mothers have an instinctive way of adapting to situations making sure that their kids are good, no matter what is going in around them. Some are misunderstood for what some may seem as an unconventional way of raising there children. They tend to make a way out of no way, with pure tenacity and direction from God through unshifting and unconditional love. These strong women personified that. Beyond diversity, some of the things these women have endured would have easily crippled the average man or woman. I have nothing but love and respect for them. I miss them and Im so grateful to have known them and thankful for all they have done for me. (Mom passed 5/4/10, Sis, 5/6/25, Sis in Law, 5/12/24, Mom in Law 1/30/23) 🙏🏽🕊⚘️❤️ by @bwrightbklyn1

I wrote this awhile back..just wanted to share it again.

I believe Mothers are one of Gods most treasured individuals. I pray that God fills all who are true mothers out there with an overflow of extreme blessings! That he continues to hold close the ones who have daily challenges within their hearts and families, and strengthen the ones who have survived tragedies and keep moving through the pain so their children don't feel a thing.May the Lord bless all of the Matriarchs that are here and that have passed on that have set examples for the mothers that have followed in their footsteps.l pray that the mothers to be have guidance from these special individuals so the can aspire to that level of greatness.
You all have one of the biggest responsibilities on the planet, but know that the reward of seeing those you have nurtured grow, and on days like this show love and honor you for what you have done, makes it all worth it! You are royalty and a part of a divine kingdom, built different to support and endure what would break most of us. I salute you all! Love and light! Happy Mothers Day! I owe a big part of what I am to my Mother! She stays with me always.

The past couple of day have been an emotional roller-coaster for me, but I'm still here. Can't express how grateful I am to you all. The love was overwhelming. Texts, DMs, Calls, Cards..etc. I grateful to you all and for you all! Glory to the most high always!

Twenty‑four years ago, I wanted to record the birth of my second daughter. I didn’t have a camcorder at the time, but my close friend did. Without hesitation, he offered it to me and even took the time to show me how to use it. That friend later became my daughter’s godfather.

For years, I couldn’t find the recording of her birth. I asked his parents about it, but they had no idea where it might be. Then one day, his mom gave me a box of items that had belonged to a mutual friend. They’d been holding onto them for a while and asked if I could return them.

This year, I finally went through the box — and inside, I found a DVD that had been transferred from an old tape. It was dated January 14th, 2001, the day before my daughter was born. And there it was: the footage I’d been searching for all this time. Even more special, the video included clips of my friend — my brother — Jason “J‑Pure” Phillips, showing me how to work the camera.

JP left this physical plane five years ago, but his spirit is still here with everyone who knew him as friend, family, and brother. And because today is his heavenly birthday, I wanted to share this blessing.

Woke up ok today, then teared up a little realized it was your bornday. Starting thinking about the years and how much time has gone..and memories past..we had some great ones kid!
