Hello! I know I've been absent from social media these past 7-8 months so here's a little update...

In November I went through a terrifying time learning about a new metastasis to my spinal cord (maybe also my brain) and hearing I might only have 6 months to live. Celena took an unpaid leave from work so we could take care of appointments and get everything in order as well as spend quality time together. We enjoyed nature and animals and each other. 💜💙💜

Then in March we traveled to New York to meet with a specialist who has an amazing clinical trial. Thankfully, there's one chemo drug left that is currently working for me before I would need this but it would involve moving to another state for treatment. Unfortunately while there in NY I was hospitalized with sepsis. Hello new scare! Our 5 day trip turned in to 21 days and $10k of expenses 💲💲💲

Then in May, I was in complete shock when I was chosen by Samuel Weidenhofer for his 50 vets in 50 states in 50 days campaign where we met up with Jack from Triumph Together and the Arizona Diamondbacks. I along with Celena and my parents were treated to an amazing game ⚾️⚾️⚾️ and learned about the GoFundMe organized by Sam.

My current treatment has stalled the progression but we know it could change at any time/quickly.

Update: Thanks everyone, we found someone 💜💜💜 Can't wait to post her new skin when she's done.

Help! Artsy friends.....

I absolutely love my Little Library! But.... it is made of wood and the AZ heat is killing it. With help from Julie Colquist, we have sanded, sealed and primed it. It now needs some fun paint. Is there anyone wanting to donate their time and artistic skill to make her pretty again? Maybe something like the pictures... by @bxr10

My baby @dancerdreamchaser222 dancing for charity at Lady Gaga Drag brunch. To say she is AMAZING is an understatement. She's the most caring, giving and loving human I know. Just a little update while I wait for my radiation simulation

I started chemo Friday, this will be every three weeks. I'll continue chemo indefinitely or until 1. It stops working or 2. We stabilize the cancer and can take a break and go back to oral meds for a little while. (Praying for the latter of course 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼)

Currently waiting fur my radiation simulation where they map me out for treatment. Radiation should be approx 5 treatments, starting soon.

Naturopathic follow up later this week to help aid my body in recovery and discuss alternative therapies.

Thank you everyone for your thanks on Veterans day. I got "princess parking" at the gym and worked out with the crew Jennifer Schumacher and Kim Singleton . Then got treated to breakfast and hit the driving range with awesome Ann Woodrick. So happy to have had my battle Audra Rose and her lovely partner, Kristen, visit....even if just for 24 hours. We hit up Dbacks v Dodgers and hiked North Mountain together. Brought them to the amazing Tamale Store and Joybus Diner for great food. Until next time 💚💚💚 by @bxr10
