“Es la última toma” 😂📸

…y de repente ya vamos por la número 20. 🤣

Pero es que una fotógrafa sabe que la siguiente podría ser la foto perfecta.

¿Quién más hace esto? 😂

Sometimes I stop and think about how much this business has given me.

The families I’ve gotten to photograph, the moms I’ve gotten to encourage, the businesses I’ve gotten to create for, and the clients who have become friends.

I’m genuinely grateful I get to do this. 🤍

I love creating images that feel classic, organic, and timeless. The kind of photographs that don’t just look beautiful today, but become memories you’ll treasure for years to come. 🤍

And as a content creator, I get to use that same creativity in a different way helping businesses and entrepreneurs bring their vision to life, tell their story, and create content that feels authentic to who they are.

Two different sides of my creativity, but both allow me to do what I love most: create something meaningful that people can connect with. ✨

So whether I’m photographing your family or creating content for your business, I’m grateful I get to call creativity part of my work. 📸🎥

Clean, timeless, organic, and focused on the moments that matter. I believe your photos don’t need to be complicated to feel beautiful.

Sometimes, less really is more. ✨

Senior year comes around faster than you think.

If you have a senior graduating this year, don’t wait until the last minute to plan their session. This season deserves to be documented. The smiles, the personality, the friendships, and all the little moments before the next chapter begins.

Now booking senior sessions in the Bay Area. 📸✨

1. You don’t need to know how to pose.

“You don’t have to know what to do in front of the camera—that’s my job.”
You guide them through posing, where to look, what to do with their hands, and natural interactions.

2. Your kids don’t have to behave perfectly.

“Your kids don’t need to sit still and smile the entire session.”
Some of the best images happen through movement, playing, cuddling, and letting kids be themselves.

3. What you wear DOES make a difference.

“You don’t need matching outfits—but coordinating your colors can completely change the final look.”
This gives you an opportunity to explain that you help clients choose outfits/colors that photograph well with your style.

Mama you don’t have to wait until you lose the weight, find the perfect outfit, or feel more comfortable in front of the camera. 🤍

I’ve been guilty of this too. Always being the one taking the pictures and telling myself I’ll get in them another time.

But years from now, our babies won’t look at these photos and think about our weight, what we were wearing, or all the little things we were insecure about. They’ll just be happy that we were there. 🤍

So get in the picture, mama. You’re part of their story too.

I hear this more often than you think. 🤍

But 9 times out of 10, once you let go of the idea of what the session is supposed to look like, you end up loving so much more than just one photo.

Maybe they don’t touch the cake. Maybe they cry. Maybe the favorite photo ends up being one where the cake isn’t even in the frame.

And that’s okay.

Those little expressions, the tears, the smiles, the curiosity, that’s them at this exact stage.

The cake is just part of the setup. Your baby is the memory. by @by.faith.studios

It wasn’t just about the waiting.

It was about God maturing you so your heart could become more like His.

I remember praying, “Create in me a clean heart, O God.” But I realized I wasn’t just asking Him to change my circumstances. I was asking Him to change me.

I wanted a heart that worshiped God for who He is, not just for what He could give me.

As He answered that prayer, I realized there was still so much within me that needed to be surrendered and released. Pride, expectations, fear, control… He was gently revealing the places that still needed His work.

God isn’t only interested in blessing our hands. He first looks at our hearts. He desires a clean heart where His presence can abide.

Maybe the waiting isn’t because God is withholding something from you. Maybe He’s preparing your heart to carry what He’s already prepared for you.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10 by @by.faith.studios
