@cstrust_ called and explained he wanted to create a fun promo video for the event party- something that was created organically and would be opposite of AI. He was picturing a stop motion made out of cut outs, and luckily we had just been given a massive pile of old magazines ✂️

Two nights of cutting and capturing, beers, good music and better friends(shoutout to the neighbourhood dog Doa).
Love the process and the outcome, and can’t wait to see you all for the actual event next Saturday!

Waiting for the rain to stop, summer to arrive and the heat to return to the Northern Rivers.

Back at it after a good two months of moving the studio, going overseas and catching up on life.
It’s been good to recharge and it will be even better to get into it again 🙆🏼‍♀️

New routines I am focusing on lately:
1. Meditating once a day for at least 15 minutes. Ideally both morning and afternoon
2. Sitting in quiet. I listen to this really good episode on Bay FM where the host was explaining how she’s doing a cleanse in sounds and impressions, and letting the mind be in quiet to eventually let your inner voice be heard.
And she explained- no radio or music to fill the quiet gaps throughout the day, no asking for advice and rather doing what you think and let your intuition guide you, focus on listen to everyone and everything around you rather than putting your perspective and opinion out in conversations.
3. Walk more throughout the day or go for a run. I used to love running and I never do it anymore. I forget to take a moment to just go for a short walk wherever I can throughout the day – when I wake up, on my lunch break, when I get home from work or after dinner. by @by.uni.c

Part 3 of upcycling an old white shirt, giving it some life.

Big fan of reusing and repurposing items to minimise waste, so searching for op-shop finds and adding some personality to them is such a fun project. No piece is the same and so unique.

Found this artist that said “if my paintings are not within your budget rn I’ll accept alternatives for payment”
Below options available:
- clothes you’ve made
- self designed furniture or paintings
- handmade jewellery
- a product of your skill
- trips or a stay at your mansion
- collabs
- documentation (photo/video)

The hundreds of lives(colours) this crock has had… but I feel like she’s finally finding harmony.

I originally imagined and sketched this painting in simple pastel colours and somewhere in the middle panicked and made it dark green. Then darker again- half black. And nothing vibed 🙃

The lesson of patience and how your story/mindset change as you start a project and take several breaks, months apart.
Stick to the original sketch and trust the process 🧁

Rolling some clay 🎱

Found a chrome spray I thought could be a fun thing to try out for a contrasting effect amongst colours, so made about a million of these little balls to spray.
