Our incredible, one-of-a-kind, honoured Ukrainian brother — and such a special soul @frankpeterwilde ❤️🇺🇦

His story could be told through quotes. But there is one message that touched me deeply, and I want to dedicate it to all my non-Ukrainian friends:

“You don’t have to be Ukrainian to support Ukraine. You don’t have to speak Ukrainian to speak out for Ukraine. All you have to be is a decent human being, with half a brain cell and a strong moral compass, to support Ukraine — to stand with Ukraine and to act for Ukraine.”

Thank you, Frank, for speaking so loudly and so fearlessly in support of Ukraine 🇺🇦

Our special day, indeed! 🥳

❤️20 years since we met.
💍 10 years since we said “I do.”
👯‍♂️5 years since our boys’ christening.

20 years of love, laughter, memories, adventures… and plenty of challenges we definitely didn’t see coming!

We’ve survived the highs, the lows, the chaos, the arguments, the “who’s right?” debates — and somehow, we’re still choosing each other.

Here’s to everything we’ve been through, everything we’ve built, and all the crazy, beautiful years still ahead.

Professional foam fighter 🏄‍♀️ — crush test: survived 😄

90% of surfing is going against the waves just to get out there. Then you wait for the right one… fall approximately one million times, drink litres of seawater, get smacked in the head by your own board, question every life decision — and somehow, you still go back in. Again. And again. 😂

Because there’s something addictive and therapeutic about it. The ocean cleans everything out. For those moments, it’s just you and the ocean.

And then, suddenly, you stand up for one tiny second longer than yesterday… and that tiny improvement feels HUGE. Enough to make you smile, forget all the wipeouts, and paddle out for another try.

Maybe that’s the magic of surfing: the ocean teaches you to fall, get back up, and keep going 🐚

I’m impressed from the @ikariasurfschool and the greatest instructor ever, @isidoros_plytas 🥳 thank you for keeping us motivated, calm and laughing while we were busy fighting for your life against the foam 😂🏄‍♀️🤙🏼
Couldn’t have asked for a better Ikarian surf experience!
